– A consultation includes a thorough health check and physical examination of your pet, as well as discussing any health concerns or questions you may have.
– If required, we will be able to perform basic diagnostic procedures such as blood and urine tests, skin and ear tests, and lump assessments if required either on-site, or by sending samples to a diagnostic laboratory.
– If your pet requires Anal Gland Expression or Nail Clipping, these services are included as part of the consultation.
– Vaccinations, medications, and diagnostic procedures or tests are not included in the
consultation fee, and will be charged in addition to the consultation fee.
– An initial consultation will usually take 30-45 minutes.
– If your pet has complex health concerns, or has many issues that can not be fully dealt with during a standard consultation time, priority will be made for the issues that are affecting your pets quality of life, and a revisit appointment will be made to address the rest of your pets health concerns.
